ABOUT US

GreenApple Landscape Dumpsters is unique.

We are recyclers.

We are haulers.

We are outdoorsmen.

We are gardeners.

Quite simply, we turn landscaping waste into organic green gardening goods!

The team at GreenApple Landscape Dumpsters has worked in the landscape management industry for decades.  We have taken down trees, ripped out hedges, and resodded entire lawns.  So what happens when we tackle an untamed property, and turn it into a beautifully landscaped yard?  We generate a TON of waste — everything from tree limbs to dead shrubs to tangled vines to dried grass patches.  We would fill dumpster after dumpster with landscape waste, and watch it hauled off to the nearest landfill.

That really started to bother us.

We didn’t want to be part of the landfill problem, so we decided to become part of the recycling solution.  We found ways to sort all kinds of vegetative yard waste, so that we could use it to create organic compost, mulch, and topsoil.  Our organic green gardening goods have been enriching properties across the South Jersey region for years.  The more rich compost, mulch, and topsoil we can return to the Earth, the more healthy plants, shrubs, and trees we can grow with ease.

Why use a rich organic COMPOST in your beds? Compost builds good soil structure, and enables the soil to retain nutrients, water, and air. Compost protects against drought, helps maintain a neutral pH, and protects plants from many diseases commonly found in the garden. Compost also feeds earthworms and other vital microbial life in the soil.

Why use rich organic MULCH in your beds? Mulch helps improve soil moisture, and prevents plants from drying out too quickly. It helps reduce soil erosion and soil compaction. Mulch also helps increase soil nutrition as it decomposes by improving soil structure thus providing better drainage and better use of nutrients.

Why use rich, organic TOPSOIL in your beds? One of the best ways to replenish the nutrients that your plants crave is through a fresh layer of topsoil. Topsoil features decomposed plant matter, which helps to nourish your plants. And for those with aspirations of a thriving backyard vegetable garden, topsoil provides the nutrients and organic matter necessary for seasonal crops to flourish.

GreenApple Landscape Dumpster works to save as much landscape waste from landfills as possible, and gives landscapers, homeowners, and gardeners access to the best organic compost, mulch, and topsoil possible.  The next time you tackle a landscape project, send your yard waste to us.  Together we can save the planet — one dumpster at a time!
